Three years ago I had a mastectomy aged 32, followed by chemotherapy. During the chemotherapy, the only foods I managed to keep down were sugary cereals and porridge with honey. Unfortunately, this, along with the long period of relative inactivity, had the effect of making me perhaps the only woman in the world to GAIN weight during chemo! When my scar had healed sufficiently, I asked for a referral for a breast reconstruction - I was still only 35 and didn't want to spend the rest of my life like this. Because of the weight gain, the plastic surgeon said I was not a suitable candidate and two stones had to disappear before he would put me on the waiting list. So I set about dieting. I tried eating sensibly, I tried fads, I tried lo-carb but could never stick to one for long and as my cravings for Fruit Gums crept back, so did the few pounds I'd lost.

Then I tried Skinny Water. I'd tried everything else, so why not? I was amazed. I had been very sceptical about reducing the sugar cravings - how can a bottle of water replace my beloved Fruit Gums, I thought. But it DID! I ate sensible portions, cut out fried food and bread and, instead of dessert, had a chilled bottle of Skinny Water. I lost 6 lbs in my first week and the loss continued. Hi to all at Bio-synergy, I tried the skinny water first along with the slimming pills. I had always been slim but after two large boys the last of the baby weight just didn't seem to want to shift. The water has a lovely delicate taste and does what it says, after a bottle of water I cut my portion size and couldn't eat everything,I just felt full but not uncomfortable. Its so much easier to drink the water and use the pills than try and follow a diet that cuts out loads of food groups that you need and then the weight comes back on after you stop. Hi Daniel,

A couple of months ago I read about body perfect in a magazine, the woman on there said that she had been using it along with a sensible diet, and that she had had fantastic results.  To be honest I thought it was a load of rubbish, but for reasons I can't explain I decided to try it anyway.

I got my first pack  and started using them a month ago, when I also began a healthy eating program.  I started the program weighing 19st 2lbs and at my weigh-in last monday I am already down to 17st 13lbs!

To anyone who is considering using the body perfect I would say try it. It doesn't cost a fortune and you have nothing to lose but the weight! Best of all, you may not believe it now, but it really does work.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend body perfect to anyone who really wants to lose weight but needs a little help along the way.

Firstly I would like to thank you for your advice.  I found it very helpful.

This is how I found out about Bio-Synergy and about my progress.  I hope this is of some use to you.

In March while browsing through the Argos catalogue, trying to be ahead of things and looking for ideas of what to get people for Christmas I noticed the Bio-Synergy range of products.  When I noticed the slimming range my eyes lit up, but was still not too sure so decided to look for further information on the internet.  I managed to find a phone number and spoke to a lady who was really helpful and I decided to give it a go. 

I started taking the slimming pills on the 8th March.  I started by taking 2 pills with my breakfast and 2 with my lunch and combined with the healthy eating and exercising that I was already doing I lost 5lb in the first 3 weeks.  This gave me the motivation to carry on and to-date have lost a total of 12lbs, and 3 inches off my waist.

GI Sense Bars

Every morning I have a GI Sense Bar, I never get a chance to have breakfast in the morning. I order the Perfect Balance bars on-line and get them delivered to my office address, free delivery from bio-synergy. I go to the gym least 3 times a week. Just before I leave the office I have a GI Sense bar, I used to reach for a Chocolate bar or raid the cookie jar at work, and now everyone at work raids my Perfect Balance draw. Whey Better Protein Powder

Armagh Gaelic Football Team won the All Ireland Final in 2002, they also contested the final in 2003 and won the Ulster Championship twice in the last 3 years. When you are playing in front of 80,000 people & millions on TV you want to make sure your players are in the best possible shape & bio-synergy products have played their part.

We have used both the ESF & Whey Better products during the last few seasons & the players have found them to be very helpful in their preparations.

The ESF is particularly good in helping the players recover after training, we use it after most of our sessions.(WE are not fond of the chocolate flavour though!)

We will hopefully be using it again in the 2005 season.
