"Hello guys! I've been yo-yo dieting for years. My main prboelm was i always felt hungry throughout the day. I felt like i was starving myself. Problem Solved! "Just wondering any fientss freaks out there. Say if I only use it after exercize how will it effect my body? I don't eat much during the day, should I change it? I'm quite overweight and I'm curious to know if this would would make my problem worse. Help would be greatly apreciated."
