None of the supplements are made available until they have been rigorously tested and have the scientific evidence to back up our claims. We would not put our name to anything which we would not take. All the ingredients are subjected to reviews and double cross-over studies to ensure they really do work.

We are proud of this strict quality management system. Samples of all our lines are regularly sent to two separate labs to check what’s in them and in what proportions. This spot testing shows us everything is as it should be, so customers can be sure that quality is always high and you will always be getting your product to the exact recipe each time you buy from us.

Bio-Synergy is now so well-respected that we manufacture products for clinical testing at Ulster University. We have produced a number of different items for studies, including those concerning diabetes and obesity.

Our experts are always looking for new ingredients, which work better or are healthier for our bodies while still doing a good job. For example, as soon as sucrelose was made available, we made sure we used it instead of aspartame which was the option previously. This is more costly, but we made sure that this extra charge wasn’t passed on to the customer - because we feel compelled to use the best ingredients possible.

The packaging used by Bio-Synergy is designed to give you as much information as possible, in a clear and honest way. Following a recent re-design and re-branding, it also looks fantastic and at home in any modern kitchen or bathroom. It has been designed to easily inform how the product can really deliver, but if you ever want to know more - please just ask us. We are always happy to discuss any concerns or questions you may have.

We also believe taste is as important as function. That’s why we make sure all the products have taste-testing and we survey people before a product is released to make sure the flavour is delicious. We think our products should be enjoyable to eat or drink, so they become a welcome part of your everyday life, rather than a chore.

And you can be sure that all the products are made with ethical issues in mind. At Bio-Synergy, we're very careful about where ingredients are sourced from. For example, the chocolate in our products is all ethical. We don’t shout about this because we think all companies should take that responsibility. Likewise we choose products that are gentle on the environment and use recyclable packaging where possible. Where possible we choose paper from sustainable sources and use manufacturers we are sure in turn are environmentally responsible and ethically accountable.

You don’t just have to take our word for it. As suppliers to some of the world’s leading retailers we’re independently audited to ensure our manufacturing sites meet - or in most cases exceed - the required quality controls. As part of this process we have to complete ethical and social accountability audits.
